This thread should be simple, and is....share with us all the glorious act of cooking, eating, dining, BBQ'ng, etc; why even a simple "gourmet" frozen dinner can be brought to this discussion, which is dedicated to those who have learned that food is what makes a body, mind, and soul real good.

Share with us you fave recipes, favorite foods, favorite restaurants, outrageous delicacies you have sampled, and if possible, bless us with outrageous pics of what you live and die for when it comes to food.

These are Stuffed Green peppers I make
The stuffing is ground beef, with cumin corriander, tumeric, garlic, ginger, Parmesan and jasmine rice. I also make a Cheese volcano with a chunk of frozen cheddar in the centre before baking so that as it bakes it melts in a stack in the centre,

It is topped with crushed tomato's Parmesan, Cheddar, and Mozzarella

If you ever come to Midland Ontario I'll take you to Dino's they have the best Corned Beef on Rye I've ever had, and having spent the last 5 years traveling extensively for work I've eaten in Restaurants over 1600 meals

This is my Stuffed Chicken Parmesan,

I butterfly the chicken, then cut a back pocket in so that everything doesn't run out of it,
I make the breading with whole wheat bread crumbs, dry roasted chili powder, Parmesan Cheese.
The Chicken is stuffed with depending on my mood, in this case I've stuffed it with Brie, Rosemary, and dark maple syrup,

I dip the chicken in a whole Milk and egg mixture before breading, and I do a double bread and bake it, half way through the baking I put shredded mozzarella and a layer of Parmesan even though the breading includes parmesan

This I call Pasta Cake

First I use Rigatoni noodles which I cook al dente, then I toss them in Olive oil and grated parmesan Cheese,
after tossing them I stand them all vertically in a spring form pan.


Now I fill the noodles with cheese sometimes just mozzarella, sometimes cheddar as well I mix it up, I fill about 1/3 of the noodles with cheese stacks, then I fill the rest with a crushed tomato, oregano, garlic and ground beef, depending on who's eating it there may also be Rye cooked with the beef.

after stuffing everything I top it with cheese and bake it

then cut in and eat YUM

Ummmm most of my Pics with the exception of the sandwich are meals I've made at home with photo's of them in my home

Well I got so hungry from looking at all that food, that I had to order from Pizza Hut.. will be here in half and hour.

if I wasn't sitting here eating chips and toaster chicken I'd be insulted that seeing my culinary creations drove you to pizza :p lol

LOL @StephenBB81 so sorry.. really. But I haven't cooked at home very much since the kids grew up and ran away. I mostly rely on Stoffers frozen on the weekends. During the week I eat a 'dinner' at lunch and don't eat a meal in the evenings, just a snack.
